AUS domestic shipping

All goods are dispatched from Sydney and are delivered by Australia Post.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak Australia Post are experiencing delays in their network. Upon dispatch we will send you a notification and your order should arrive within 5 to 15 business days for standard delivery and 3 to 7 business days for express delivery.

Please note it can take longer to WA, remote and regional areas. Please note that we rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames. Baby Brown Co. cannot be held responsible for delays within the Australia Post network.

For Australian standard deliveries, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International shipping - New Zealand

Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to. Baby Brown Co. uses Standard Air Postage which includes tracking. If an alternative form of postage is required contact customer service to discuss options.

Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Baby Brown Co. is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.


Returns

30 Days to Return

Should you make an error when ordering online, Baby Brown Co. will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

If your order arrives less than perfect please provide a photo to baby.brown.co@outlook.com so we can investigate and organise an exchange or refund.

Can I Cancel My Order?

An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is despatched. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel please contact us immediately before the goods have left our control. You will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.

Personalised items are unable to be refunded or returned as they cannot be re-sold after being customised.
